摘要
烟气中的SO2是形成酸雨的主要原因,大量酸雨的形成给地球、人类和环境造成了极大的危害。20世纪90年代很多科学工作者以粉煤灰、氧化钙为主要原料,采用水合合成法制得了脱硫性能较好的脱硫剂,但这种方法需要很长的反应时间和较高的反应温度(12~15h,90℃),经济效益低,操作比较困难。本文以粉煤灰、CaO等为原料,通过4h的球磨产生机械化学效应,生成了Ca54MgAl2Si16O90,制备出的脱硫剂在30℃下的脱硫活性比相同水合时间制备的脱硫剂活性高。
SO2 in flue gas is a main reason of the acid rain, it extremely disserves the earth, human and environment. In 1990s, some scientists had prepared an effective desulfurater with fly ash and CaO by hydrate synthesis process, however this process needs long time and relatively high temperature (12 - 15h,90℃ ), the economic benefit is low, and the operation is relatively difficult. In this study, Ca54 MgAl2Si16O90 desulfurater was prepared with the fly ash and CaO, through the mechanochemical effect caused by 4 hours of milling. The desuffurater had a higher desulphurization activity in 30℃ condition than that fabricated by the hydrate synthesis process of same time.
