延迟策略在我国中小企业生产中的应用研究

摘要 在分析我国中小企业当前市场环境的基础上,以提高中小企业市场竞争力为目的引入延迟策略的概念,针对我国中小企业自身的特点探讨如何采用延迟策略,并提出切实可行的减少零部件变化、生产流程再造、人员调配、客户订单分离点确定等措施保证延迟策略的有效使用。
