摘要
全面综述了目前食用油酸价分析检测技术与方法的特点、现状及存在问题,指出食用油酸价测定技术与方法的发展趋势即简便、快速、准确,同时检测试剂用量少或无试剂,试样用量少,可实现在线、现场检测,提高检测效率。
The characteristic, present status and problems of technique and method in analyzing the acid value in edible oils is summarized. The development trend of detecting technique and method of the acid value in ed- ible oils is indicated. It is a desirable trend to develop some rapid, simple, accurate and practical methods for determining acid value of edible oils with a little oil sample and reagent or without reagent, meanwhile, with high efficiency, and detecting online or in site.
