The Latest Research on the Synthesis of Amino Acid Esters

摘要 对国内外氨基酸酯的合成方法进行了综述,归纳了合成氨基酸酯所用的几种主要催化剂,如HC l、二氯亚砜、对甲苯磺酸、三光气、树脂、生物酶、沸石等,并对其优缺点进行了比较.在此基础上,对合成氨基酸酯所用催化剂的研究前景进行了展望. This paper reviews the advances in various improved preparations of amino acid esters both at home and abroad. In addition, the paper summarizes and compares several main catalysts used in synthesizing amino acid esters, such as HC1, SOCl2,TsOH, triphosgene, resin, enzyme and zeolite etc. At last it previews the prospect of research on preparations of amino acid esters.
