摘要
股票期权是一种有效的长期激励性报酬机制,目前在中国实行股票期权制的内外部环境尚未健全的条件下,对实行股票期权激励机制的企业业绩综合测评方法的科学化和规范化是急需解决的问题.本文应用层次分析法和多目标线性加权和法,提出了一套高科技上市公司业绩综合测评的新方法.
Stock option is a kind of effective long-term incentive system. It is important how to evaluate the a- chievement of high-tech enterprises correctly in the case of current non-perfect inner and outer environment for executing stock option in China. This paper designs a method of evaluating the achievement in high-tech registered company using AHP and Multi-object Linar Weigh.
