摘要
联合采用热水浸提法和微波处理方法提取柳蒿芽多糖,结果表明:当功率480W,液固比25∶1,微波处理15min后,于90℃热水浴,提取时间为4h条件下的提取率最高,可达到8.63%。利用Cellulose-DEAE-52柱进行分离纯化,得到了3个组分多糖PSWP-1、PSWP-2和PSWP-3。
An experiment was conducted to extract polysaccharide from Artemisia integrifolia by hot water extraction and microwave extraction. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as power 480 W, solid-liquid ratio 25: 1, extraction by microwave 15 minutes, extraction temperature 90 degrees C, and extraction for 4 hours. The extraction rate can reach 8.63% under this condition. Three polysaccharide fractions were obtained by using Cellulose-DEAE-52 gelatin and Sephadex-100 gelatin to purify the polysaccharide.
