氢质子磁共振波谱评价肺癌脑转移瘤放疗效果的临床应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)评价肺癌脑转移放疗疗效的临床应用价值。方法运用1H-MRS检测肺癌脑转移患者全脑放疗前后肿瘤、瘤旁组织和对侧正常组织肌酐(Cr)、胆碱(Cho)、N-乙酰天冬氨酸(NAA)水平,计算放疗前后Cho/NAA、Cho/Cr、NAA/Cr的比值。结果放疗后,1H-MRS表现为NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr、Cho/NAA下降,其中Cho/Cr、Cho/NAA显著下降(P均<0.05)。结论1H-MRS可评价肺癌脑转移放疗前后的代谢变化,对评价肺癌脑转移放疗效果具有一定价值。 Objective To study the clinical application value of hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectrum (1H- MRS) in evaluating the effect of radiotherapy in metastatic brain tumors of lung cancer. Methods Creatinine( Cr), chroline ( Cho), N- acetyl aspartate (NAA) levels in tumor tissue , side tissue of tumor and normal tissue of opposite side in metastatic brain tumors of lung cancer patients with whole brain radiotherapy were detected by 1 H-MRS before and after radiotherapy , and the ratios of Cho/NAA, Cho/Cr and NAA/Cr were computed. Results After radiotherapy , the ratios of NAA/Cr.Cho/Cr.Cho/NAA were all descended, especially the rations of Cho/Cr.Cho/NAA (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions 1H-MRS can evaluate the metabolism change of metastatic brain tumors of lung cancer before and after radiotherapy,it has certain value on estimating the radiotherapy effect of brain metastases in lung cancer.
