本文采用薄层扫描法可不经分离直接测定枯痔涂中小檗碱的含量。测定波长为340nm，平均回收率为99．4％，RSD为1．2％（n＝6）。此法具有简便、快速、准确等优点。

A dual wavelength TLC-scanning method was successfully ed without seperation for the determination of berberine in ku zhi injection. The wavelength of determination was 340nm,the average recovery was 99.4%, RSD was 1 .2% (n=6). The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
