血府逐瘀汤总多糖联合化疗治疗小鼠移植性肿瘤的实验研究

Experimental study on the effects of chemotherapy combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction polysaccharide on transplanted tumor in rats

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤总多糖与5-Fu联合治疗小鼠移植性肿瘤的疗效。方法常规移植肿瘤细胞H22制作小鼠移植肿瘤模型,将荷瘤小鼠随机分为6组:对照组皮下注射生理盐水;5-Fu组隔日腹腔注射5-Fu 20 mg/kg,连续7次;血府逐瘀汤低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃血府逐瘀汤20,40,60 mg/kg;联合治疗组灌胃血府逐瘀汤(60 mg/kg)的同时腹腔注射5-Fu(20mg/kg)。观察各组抑瘤率及免疫功能的变化。结果联合治疗组小鼠抑瘤率明显高于血府逐瘀汤总多糖各组,血府逐瘀汤总多糖高剂量组和联合治疗组胸腺指数均显著提高。结论血府逐瘀汤总多糖联合5-Fu治疗小鼠移植性肿瘤有较好疗效,血府逐瘀汤总多糖具有提高小鼠免疫功能作用。

Objective It is to study the curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction polysaccharide combined with 5 - Fu on transplanted tumor in rats, Methods Transplanted tumor models of rats were made by normal implanting tumor cells of H22. Then the rats were randomly divided into 6 groups. Control group was given normal saline by subcutaneous injection, 5 - Fu group given 5- Fu 20 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection every two days and for 7 times, Xuefu Zhuyu decoction groups of low, middle and high dosages given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction 20, 40, 60 mg/kg respectively by intragastric administration, combined treatment group given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction 60 mg/kg by intragastric administration and 5 - Fu 20 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection. The changes of inhibiting rate of tumor growth and immune function were observed. Results The inhibiting rate of tumor growth in combined treatment group was obviously higher than that in every Xuefu Zhuyu decoction polysaccharide group, Thoracic gland indexes in combined treatment group and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction polysaccharide of high dosage group were both improved obviously. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction polysaccharide combined with 5 - Fu has a good therapeutic effect on transplanted tumor in rats. The decoction can improve the immune function of rats with transplanted tumor.
