摘要 目的探究糖尿病患者血清α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)水平与空腹血糖(FBG),糖化血红蛋白A1C(GHbA1C)的关系。方法对39例正常人和75例糖尿病病人分别进行AFU、FBG和GHbA1C测定。结果糖尿病患者血清AFU活力明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001),且与同时测定的FBG、GHbA1C呈正相关,糖代谢控制差的糖尿病患者AFU活力显著高于糖代谢控制好者。结论AFU测定可作为糖尿病糖代谢控制好坏的指标。用AFU诊断原发性肝癌时,应用全面的生化指标以排除引起其升高的原因。 Objective\ To inquire the relation between serum α L fucosidase(AFU) and fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin A 1C (GHbA 1C ) levels in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Method\ The activity of AFU,the levels of FBG,GHbA 1C were determined respectively in 39 normal subjects and 75 patients with diabetes mellitus.Results\ The activity of serum AFU in patients wtih DM was markedly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).The significantly positive correlation was found between the activity of AFU and the levels of FBG,GHbA 1C .AFU levels of DM patients with poor control were significantly higher than those of patients with normal blood glucose level.Conclusions\ The activity of AFU could be used as an indicator of carbohydrate metabolism in diabetes millitus.Other cause of AFU activity elevation must be excluded when AFU is used as the biochemistry index to diagnose primary hepatic cancer.
