摘要
采用垂直版型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,比较分析了印鼠客蚤Xenopsylacheopis(Roth-schild,1903)不同发育时期的EST同工酶酶谱。印鼠客蚤的早期三龄幼虫、晚期三龄幼虫、前蛹、蛹、新羽化成虫和吸血消化24h~96h后的成虫的EST同工酶带有15条,含主带6条,除了第10条带和第11条带外,其余的13条带的相对迁移率和出现频率在不同发育时期是基本相同的。第10条带为吸血成虫所特有,第11条带从前蛹开始出现,蛹期酶活性增强,新羽化成虫酶活性最强,而吸血成虫酶活性急剧下降,显带最浅。
The results of a study on comparison of esterase (EST) isoenzyme in the early and late third instar larvae,prepupae,pupae,newly emerged adults and sucking adults of Xenopsylla cheopis by vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis are reported and summarized as follows:1.X.cheopis showed 15 EST bands with 6 major bands,and the 13 EST bands in the early and late third instar larvae,prepupae,pupae,newly emerged in adults,and sucking adults after from 24 h.to 96 h.are essentially the same;2.the 11th band only showed in the perpupae,pupae and adults,and had the highest of the enzyme activity in the newly emerged unsucking adults,but sharply decreased in the sucking adults;3.the 10th band only showed in the sucking adults.
