胆囊结石与肝脏组织学改变

Gallstone and Hepatic Histological Change

报告因胆囊结石行择期胆囊切除术，同时做术中肝活检的３９例肝组织病理检查结果，与４例非胆石症病例的肝组织病理检查结果作对比。３９例的肝实质和肝间质都有不同程度的损害。这种肝损害可能是胆囊结石的一个成因，而不是后果，胆囊结石病的反复发作又加重了原发性的肝损害。

In order to observe the pathologic change of hepatic emerge from patients with cystic stone,meanwhile explore the relationship between systic stone and pathologic change of hepatic,pathologic diagnosis of hepatic biopsies of 39 patients with gallstone was reported during they were treated with dateselected cholecystectasia.The pathologic features of patients with gallstone were compared with that of 4 patients with nongallstone disease.The positions of hepatic biopsy were right anterior lobe,left medial lobe and left lateral lobe.The specimens amount to 50 were found various degrees of injury in the hepatic parenchyma and hepatic mesenchyme of 39 cases.The author thought that liver injury expressed in gallstone disease have general character and trait of reactional hepatitis,but were not all seondary.Liver injury that accompanied with gallstone was due to multiple factors,especially hepatic virus infection.Liver injury were probably an reason of gallstone formation,but were not entirely consequence of gallstone disease.Recurrent relapses of gallstone aggravated the primary liver injury.
