参术金甲汤治疗肝炎后肝纤维化89例

摘要 目的:评价参术金甲汤中药煎剂治疗肝炎后肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:在西医支持、保肝、对症治疗基础上,治疗组89例常规使用参术金甲汤煎剂根据兼证加减药物,并与未使用中药的31例做对照。结果:治疗后两组患者症状、体征均有改善,ALT、TBIL均有下降,且与治疗前相比差别有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);ALB、GLB、PT与治疗前对比,仅治疗组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后HA、LN、PcIII、IVC较治疗前均有下降,而且治疗组与治疗前相比差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参术金甲汤煎剂治疗肝炎后肝纤维化疗效确切,值得进一步推广应用。
