摘要
针对玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯存在的韧性差、氯丁橡胶(CR)/丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)并用橡胶力学性能差等问题,提出用团状模塑料(DMC)作增强相,CR/ACM为基相.通过复合材料力学性能、耐热老化的研究,确定了DMC/CR/ACM的最佳配比为45/75/25,硫化的最佳工艺条件是20min×160℃×10MPa.通过扫描电镜(SEM)分析研究了复合材料中DMC的用量,红外光谱(IR)分析证明了DMC能与CR和ACM形成交联键,并进一步证明了制备复合材料DMC/CR/ACM的可能性.
Since the toughness reinforced unsaturated polyester by glass fiber is poor, and the mechanical properties of chloroprene rubber (CR) / acrylate rubber (ACM) are low, dough-moulding compounds (DMC) is used as a reinforcement, and CR/ACM is a matrix of the composite. They are determined by measuring the mechanical properties and heat aging performance, the best mass ratio is DMC/CR/ACM=45/75/25, and the best curing processing conditions are 20 min× 160 ℃ × 10 MPa. DMC content is studied by SEM, the cross-linking bond between DMC and CR/ACM is proved by infrared spectroscopy(IR), and further proved possibility which DMCJCR/ACM composites would be prepared.
