摘要
运用自然观察法,全程记录72例消费者在百货公司内的购买行为动作和购买结果.通过对调研数据的相关性分析,获得5个与消费者购买结果紧密相关的行为动作因子,以此建立测评顾客购买意向的五角评估模型及提出参考数值.
72 groups of customers who were shopping in department store were observed and recorded. According to the data, the relationship between shopping actions and shopping results were analyzed. 5 kinds of shopping actions showed correlativity with shopping result. Finally, evaluation model was set up to measure consumer purchase intent.
