诱变选育木醋杆菌以提高细菌纤维素产量 被引量:9

摘要 针对野生型木醋杆菌纤维素产量较低的问题,采用化学、物理以及物理-化学相结合的手段诱变筛选得到多株高产纤维素的木醋杆菌诱变株,其中,经亚硝酸诱变处理获得的3株高产菌株的纤维素产量是原始菌株的2.2-2.8倍,而经紫外照射结合氯化锂诱变处理得到的2株菌株的产量大约是原始菌株的1.4倍,该结果为今后工业化大规模生产奠定了坚实的基础。 Several strain mutants of Acetobacter xylinum were developed in order to solve the problem of low-yield production of bacterial cellulose (BC) associated with original strains. Several methods including chemical mutagenesis, physical mutagenesis and physical combined with chemical mutagenesis were utilized. After screening, 3 high-yield mutants obtained by using HNO2 mutagenesis and 2 high-yield mutants obtained by using UV irradiation followed by the LiC1 treatment were picked out from the mutants strains, respectively. The BC yields of the mutants obtained by using HNO2 were 2. 2 - 2. 8 times higher than the original strain, while the yields of the mutants obtained by using the UV-LiCl method was about 1.4 times higher than the original strain. This hereby provides sound basis for BC's industrial mass production in future.
