吡啶季铵盐对直接和活性染料染色棉织物的抗菌整理

摘要 采用4-氨基-十二烷基氯化吡啶(ALPC)、4-苯酰氨基-1-十二烷基溴化吡啶(BADPB)、4-(1-萘酰)氨基-十二烷基溴化吡啶(NADPB)3种季铵盐,用于经过染色或未染色的棉织物抗菌整理,对染料和吡啶季铵盐分子之间的作用力以及吡啶盐在染色织物上吸附量的影响因素进行了讨论.季铵盐与染色棉纤维上的磺酸基可形成离子键,与未染色的棉织物相比,该离子键可提高季铵盐在棉纤维上的吸附率与抗菌性.采用AATCC61—2005洗涤试验法,测试整理后棉织物的抗菌洗涤耐久性. Three quaternary ammonium salts, namely 4- amino-laurylpyridium chloride(ALPC), 4- benzoylamino- 1 - dodecylpyridinium bromide (BADPB), and 4 -(1 - naphthoyl)amino- 1 - dodecylpyridinium bromide(NADPB) were employed in antimicrobial finishing of dyed and undyed cotton fabrics. The intermolecular interactions between dyes and aminopyridinium salts and their impact on the exhaustions of salts on dyed fabrics are discussed. The quaternary ammonium salts could form ionic forces with sulfonate groups on dyed cotton fibers, which contribute to higher exhaustion uptakes of salts and better antimicrobial activities of dyed cotton fabrics compared to that of undyed sample. The washing durability of antimicrobial functions on finished cotton fabrics was also studied according to AATCC Test Method 61--2005.
