摘要 目的研究非促分裂型人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(nmhaFGF)对大鼠急性肾功能衰竭的保护作用。方法腹腔注射氯化汞复制大鼠急性肾功能衰竭模型,5 min后,nmhaFGF组经舌静脉注射nmhaFGF 40μg.kg-1,模型组经舌静脉注射等剂量的生理盐水,对照组大鼠麻醉后注射生理盐水,在30 min、90 min、24 h、48 h取血检测大鼠血液中尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)和尿液中蛋白含量的变化。结果模型组大鼠注射氯化汞后48 h血液中BUN含量达到高峰(P<0.01),Cr含量以及尿蛋白含量在24 h达到高峰(P<0.01)。nmhaFGF组24 h和48 h血液中BUN和Cr与模型组相比显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.05);尿蛋白含量在24 h明显下降(P<0.05)。结论nmhaFGF能够改善氯化汞诱导的大鼠急性肾功能衰竭。 Objective To study the effect of non-mitogenic human acidic fibroblast growth factor(nmhaFGF) on rats with acute renal failure(ARF). Methods The rat models of ARF were made with mercury perchloride by intraperitoneal injection. Five minutes later,the rats in nmhaFGF group and model group were respectively injected with 40 μg·kg^-1 nmhaFGF and normal saline by lingual vein. The rats in control group were injected with normal saline. At the time of 30 min,90 min,24 h and 48 h, the contents of blood urea nitrogen ( BUN), creatinine (Cr) and urine protein were detected respectively. Results In the model group, the contents of BUN reached its peak at the time of 48 h ( P 〈 0.01 ), the contents of serum Cr and urine protein reached their peaks at the time of 24 h ( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the model group, the contents of BUN and Cr were lower significantly at the time of 24 h and 48 h( P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05 ), and the content of urine protein decreased obviously at the time of 24 h in the nmhaFGF group(P 〈0.05). Conclusion nmhaFDF could promote the renal function of rats with ARF induced by mercury perchloride.
