介绍了锦棉交织物的前处理(包括坯布检验、退卷、缝头、冷堆、平洗打卷、酵洗去毛、预定形、丝光)、染色工艺过程和工艺条件,分析了工厂生产问题的影响因素,并给出注意事项。
Pretreatment of nylon/cotton mixture fabric, including grey inspection, unwinding, sewing-up, cold batch, open width washing and batching, bio-washing, pre-setting and mercerizing, as well as dyeing process and condition were introduced. The factors affecting production were analyzed and points for attention were presented.
