摘要 目的研究制备2-氨基间苯二酚盐酸盐。方法以间苯二酚为起始原料,经硝化、氯化亚锡-盐酸法和水合肼还原法还原、成盐制得目标产物。结果还原收率分别为89.8%和95.3%。结论水合肼还原法具有反应条件温和、重复性好,产物易分离提纯、转化率较高的优点。 Objective The synthesis of 2-aminoresorcinol hydrochloride was studied. Method 1,3-dihydroxybenzene was nitrated, then reducted with stannous chloride-hydrochloric acid and hydrazine hydrate respectively, and the product was salified with hydrochloride to attain the target compound. Results The yield of the reduction product was 89.8% and 95.3% respectively. Conclusion The reduction method with hydrazine hydrate has the advantages of mild condition, reproducibility and higher yield.
