摘要
研究了在非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,1-吡啶-3-[4-(苯基偶氮)苯基]-三氮烯(PYPAPT)与银离子反应的条件,建立了测定银的分光光度法。在NaOH碱性介质中,银与PYPAPT反应生成1:2红棕色络合物,络合物的最大负吸收峰位于530nm。表观摩尔吸光系数为4.23×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,银离子含量在0-2.5mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于粗铅矿样中银离子的测定,结果与原子吸收光谱法测定结果一致。
The color reaction of 1-pyridine-3-(4-phenylazophenyl)-triazene(PYPAPT) with silver was studied. In the presence of nonionic surfactant TritonX-100 and in the medium of NaOH, silver can react with 1-pyridine-3-[4-phenylazophenyl]-triazene to form a reddish-brown complex with ratio of 1:2. The maximum negative absorption of the complex is at 530 nm, at which apparent molar absorp-tivity of the complex is 4.23×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-2.50 mg/L for silver. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of silver in lead ore sampies. The results are consistent with the values obtained hv atomic absorption spectrometry.
