牦牛肺脏微血管铸型扫描电镜样品的制备方法

牦牛肺脏体积较大,在制备供扫描电镜观察的样品时存在着肺脏采取困难,灌注阻力大和血管易堵塞等一系列问题.为了解决这些问题,试验从肺脏的采取、填充剂的选择、灌注的部位和铸型标本的处理等方面对牦牛肺脏微血管铸型扫描电镜样品的制备方法进行了探索,制出了品质优良的牦牛肺微血管铸型标本,总结出了制备牦牛肺微血管铸型的方法.

The lung was very large in yak and difficult to making preparation for the microvasculature under the scanning electron microscope. It was difficult to take out the lungs from the thorax and the perfusion resistance was very large and the blood vessels were easy to be blocked. In order to solve these problems,considering the collection of the lung,the choice of the filler,the site of perfusion and the disposal of the specimens,the method for making the pulmonary microvascular cast under the SEM on yak was explored in the experiment. The excellent vascular cast was obtained after the repeated experiments. The method of making preparations for the pulmonary vascular cast on yak was summarized.
