摘要
以营养液栽培的辣椒幼苗为试材,研究了低温(5℃)胁迫下Ca(NO3)2处理对质膜透性、MDA、POD、SOD及可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量的影响.结果表明:钙处理能显著提高辣椒幼苗叶片在低温胁迫下的保护酶活性、保护性物质的含量,降低电解质渗透率和MDA含量,其中以Ca(NO3)2浓度10 mmol/L处理效果最明显.
Influence of Ca(NO2)2 on permeability of plastic membrane,MAD content,the activity of protective enzyme and substance of protective content were studied under 5 ℃ using pepper seedling as materials. The results showed that Ca(NO2)2 treatment increased significantly the activity of protective enzyme and substance of protective content ,decreased electrolytic leakage and MAD content, improved the ability of resistance at low temperature. The concentration at 10 mmol/L showed the best. Key words:
