摘要
采用多情景模式下的适度人口测算方法,从用地空间、可供水量、绿地指标、GDP和生态足迹五个方面预测了兰州市中心城区的适度人口与最大人口规模。结果表明:生态环境和用地空间对兰州中心城区人口容量规模的限制作用较其它因素强烈;中心城区适度人口为217.82万,最大人口规模为393.86万。2005年中心城区现状人口数已接近达到适度人口容量。
The research on optimum population appraisal of Center District of Lanzhou adopts scenarios analysis,measueing the city's appropriate scale and maximal population scale from the aspects of land space,water supply ,greenland norms ,GDP and ecological footprint. The calculation outcome reflects that to the population scale of city ecological environment and proper land space's restriction are sharper than else factors', According to the integrated analysis,the authors draw the conclusion that under present conditions optimal population capacity is 2,1782 million and maximal population capacity is 3.9386 million in Center District of Lanzhou, Population of Center District of Lanzhou has nearly reached the optimal population carrying capacity in 2005.
