西部贫困地区县域城镇体系的空间组织格局——以定西市安定区为例

Spatial Structure of County Region Urban System of Depressed area in West China: A Case Study on Anding District of Dingxi City

受恶劣的自然条件和落后的社会经济状况制约,安定区形成了低水平"核心—边缘"、低层次行政管理和明显河谷交通指向的城镇体系特征。未来应通过加快城区建设步伐、发挥中心城镇优势、提升重点城镇地位完善规模等级结构;通过准确定位城镇职能、大力调整产业结构、加强基础设施建设完善职能类型结构;通过建设生态适宜的发展环境和构筑多层次开放格局完善地域空间结构。以期形成合理的城镇体系,带动县域经济社会的持续健康发展。

Due to the constraints of bad natural conditions and socio-economic situation, there are many characteristics such as a low-level ＂Core - Edge＂ and administration, and obvious valley traffic guide at the Anding district＇s urban system. To improve it, some measures should be taken in the future. First, they should accelerate the pace of urban construction, exert the advantages of the central towns, enhance the status of important towns, and improve hierarchical structure. Second, they should accurately position the towns function, reform the industrial structures, strengthen the construction of infrastructure, and improve functions structure. Third, they should build the ecological environment and a multilevel open-space pattern, and improve spatial structure. All this can be done so that it contributes to the formation a rational urban system, and the sustained and healthy economic and social development of county region.
