湘西州农村劳动力流动对新农村建设的影响探析

实行家庭联产承包责任制之后,由于地区差距、城乡差别及人多地少等原因,湘西州农民到城市、到发达地区务工。这一现象对当前的新农村建设在经济、政治、文化等方面既产生了积极作用,也存在着消极影响。如何发挥其积极作用,克服其消极影响,建设好社会主义新农村,是值得深入研究与探讨的课题。

After implementing the family-contract responsibility system,because of the regional disparity,differences between town and country,having a large population with a few land and ete ,peasants of state of western hunan go to the city and the developed region to work,which plays a very important role in the new rural reconstruction. While at the same time it brings bad infulence. How to make best of the positive impact and overcome negative impact to build socialist new countryside well is a subject that is worth further research.
