知识经济的到来为汽车行业项目管理方法的发展创造了机遇和挑战。结合项目管理工作中所遇到的实际问题,引入了知识管理的新方法。建立了适合汽车行业项目管理需要的、融合知识共享和知识创新的松紧知识管理模型。并且对如何通过GDM系统的建立来实现知识共享进行了深入的研究和阐述。

Knowledge economy has brought chances and challenges to the project management method in automotive industry. Combined with the problems faced in the actual work, the new knowledge management method is proposed. The newly loose -tight knowledge management model which integrates knowledge sharing and innovation is established. The model satisfies the requirement of the project management in automotive industry. And how to realize the knowl- edge sharing through GDM system is also researched and deeply discussed.
