摘要
以柠檬酸溶胶凝胶法制备的铈锆氧化物为载体,采用沉积-沉淀法制备了Au/CexZr1-xO2催化剂.探讨了载体组成、焙烧温度、金担载量对该催化剂催化氧化一氧化碳性能的影响,并对催化剂进行XRD表征,优化了制备条件.结果表明:当载体为Ce0.75Zr0.25O2,焙烧温度为550℃,金担载量为4.7%的催化剂在室温下催化氧化CO的效果最好.该催化剂的优点是具有较强的耐水性;在用量少,一氧化碳浓度高的条件下仍能氧化CO30%~40%左右.
Gold catalysts dispersed on CexZr1-xO2 oxides were prepared by deposition precipitation method, and their structures were characterized by XRD. The catalytic activity of the catalyst for CO oxidation was evaluated. The effect of preparation conditions on catalytic activity was also studied, and the preparation conditions were optimized. The best result indicated that Au/CexZr1-xO2 prepared under the following conditions: Ce0.75Zr0.2502 calcined at 550 ℃, and gold loading 4.7%, showed very high catalytic activity for CO oxidation at room temperature. The Au/CexZr1-xO2 catalyst was high resistance to moisture, 1% CO in air could be oxidized to CO2 with 30% - 40% conversions under high concentration CO conditions.
