摘要
^(60)Co-γ射线辐照杀虫是目前国际上倍受重视的杀虫技术,依据国际上检疫处理的研究方法,系统研究了γ射线对鳞翅目森林害虫中具有代表性的舞毒蛾Lymantria dispar卵、幼虫和成虫的致死作用和不育作用。研究结果表明:在剂量率为0.3~0.45kGy/min时,舞毒蛾成虫的辐照有效剂量为0.3~0.5kGy;幼虫有效剂量为0.3~0.4kGy;卵的有效剂量0.3kGy,此剂量率和剂量引起的死亡率概率达到国际上杀虫除害标准。
Killing pests with gamma irradiation is a very valid method. According to international research method of quarantine treatments, the lethal and sterile functions of γ-irradiation on Lymantria dispar egg, larva and adult were studied systematically. When the dos rate was 0.3-0.45 kGy/min, all the adults were killed at the dose of 0.3 - 0.5 kGy. The valid dose was 0.3-0,4 kGy on larva and 0.3 kGy on egg.
