蒙特卡罗法模拟THz光波在单层生物介质中的时域传播特性

摘要 用蒙特卡罗法模拟了THz光波在生物介质中的传播过程。通过模拟计算,得到了不同的吸收系数、散射系数和各向异性因子等参数以及THz光波在均匀生物介质表面的稳态和时域漫反射率分布曲线。研究结果显示:各向异性因子对THz光波在生物介质中的传播起决定性作用。 The terahertz(THz) wave propagation in biological tissue is simulated by Monte Carlo method for the purpose of further study of the interaction between the THz radiation and biological tissue.Those distribution curves of diffuse reflectance got in the simulation indicate that the distribution of diffuse reflectance has close relationship with the coefficient of scattering and the anisotropy parameters.Examination of these results reveals that it is the anisotropy parameters that make best contribution to the THz wave propagation in biological tissue.
