Research on Employment Direction Countermeasures of Undergraduate Universities

随着高等教育大众化进程的不断深入,高等院校每年的毕业生数量成倍增加,这对高校就业指导工作提出了严峻挑战。该文在对本科院校应届毕业生择业问卷调查的基础上,对高校就业指导的现存问题作了细致分析,并提出了新形势下本科院校就业指导工作的相关对策。

As the deepening of high education popularizing process,the annual number of higher school graduates increases sharply,which poses an austere challenge to the employment direction work in colleges.Based on questionnaire investigation of undergraduates job-hunting,this paper analyzes the existed problems of employment direction in high academies,and practically offers related measurements for guiding employment direction work in university under the new circumstance.
