海南捕鸟蛛毒素及体液的抗菌活性研究

Study on Anti-Microbical Activity of Toxin and Body Fluid from the Spider Ornithoctonous hainana

采用杯碟法研究了海南虎纹捕鸟蛛粗毒和体液对革兰氏阴性菌、阳性菌、霉菌和酵母的抑菌效果。结果表明,粗毒和体液均能抑制革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌和霉菌的生长,但对酵母无抑制效果,并且粗毒和体液有一定的协同抗菌作用。

The antimicrobial effects of toxin and body fluid of Ornithoctonous hainana on bacteria of Gram＋, Gram-, mold and Saccharomyces cerevisiae were investigated by method of Oxford plate in this article. The results indicated that toxin and body fluid of Ornithoctonous hainana had antimicrobial activities against most of Gram^＋, Gram^- bacteria and mold, but had little antimicrobial activity on Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Also the toxin and body fluid of Ornithoctonous hainana had synergistic of antimicrobial activities reported in this article.
