电针配合穴位注射治疗动眼神经麻痹52例临床观察

Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Acupoint Injection for Oculomotor Palsy:An Observation of 52 Cases

【目的】观察电针配合穴位注射治疗动眼神经麻痹52例临床疗效。【方法】将104例患者随机分为2组。治疗组52例采用电针配合太阳穴注射复方樟柳碱注射液治疗;对照组52例采用单纯电针治疗。观察2组的总体临床疗效。【结果】治疗组痊愈38例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率为92.3%;对照组痊愈27例,有效13例,无效12例,总有效率为76.9%。2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),说明治疗组疗效优于对照组。【结论】电针配合太阳穴注射复方樟柳碱注射液治疗动眼神经麻痹疗效显著,比单纯电针治疗具有明显优势,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture （ EA ） combined with acupoint injection for oculomotor palsy（OP）. Methods One hundred and four OP patients were equally randomized into two groups. Group A received EA combined acupoint injection of Compound Anisodine Injection （CAI）on Taiyang point, and group B received EA only. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated after treatment. Results In group A ,38 patients were cured, 10 effective ,4 ineffective, and the total effective rate was 92.3% ;in group B, 27 patients were cured, 13 effective, 12 ineffective, and the total effective rate was 76. 9%, the difference being significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion EA combined with acupoint injection of Compound Anisodine Injection on Taiyang point exerts a better effect than EA only for the treatment of oculomotor palsy.
