摘要
目的探讨北柴胡对他克林致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用30 mg.kg-1他克林灌胃造模,以血清中天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量为指标,观察北柴胡醇提物及北柴胡水提物对肝损伤的保护作用。结果北柴胡醇提物及北柴胡水提物均能不同程度降低血清中AST、ALT、ALP和TNF-α含量,与水飞蓟素无明显差别。结论北柴胡对他克林致小鼠急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effects of Bupleurum Chinese Dc on tacrine induced fulminate hepatic failure.Methods Paracetamol irritated the stomach of mice to make models with the dose of 30 mg·kg^-1.Compared to the index of the content of serum AST,ALT,ALP and TNF-αof the evened liver liquid,the protective effect of Bupleurum Chinese Dc ethanol extraction and Bupleurum Chinese Dc water extraction was observed.Results Bupleurum Chinese Dc ethanol extraction and Bupleurum Chinese Dc water extraction both can distinctly decrease the content of serum AST,ALT,ALP and TNF-α of the evened liver liquid.The protective effect of liver was identical to that of silymarin.Conclusion Bupleurum Chinese Dc have a certain protective effect on liver damage caused by tacrine.
