摘要
目的探讨宫颈癌组织中PTTG、bFGF和c-myc的表达,并分析PTTG的临床意义及其与bFGF和c-myc表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例宫颈癌组织中PTTG、bFGF和c-myc蛋白的表达,并结合临床病理特征进行分析。选取同期30例宫颈宫颈上皮内瘤变病例和10例健康人宫颈组织作为对照。结果宫颈癌组织中PTTG蛋白表达率为56.67%,显著高于宫颈上皮内瘤变及正常宫颈组织的表达率(χ2=14.244;P<0.01)。FIGO分期III^IV期组PTTG蛋白表达率显著高于I^II期组(χ2=10.809;P<0.01),病理分级G3组PTTG蛋白表达率显著高于G1/G2组(χ2=6.787;P<0.01);有淋巴结转移组PTTG蛋白表达率显著高于无转移组(P=0.014);PTTG蛋白的表达与年龄或病理类型无关(χ2=0.045,0.395;P<0.01)。PTTG蛋白表达与bFGF及c-myc蛋白表达均呈明显正相关(τ=0.287,0.190;P<0.01)。结论PTTG蛋白在宫颈癌组织中呈高表达,并与肿瘤的临床病理特征有关,可能是通过上调bFGF和c-myc蛋白的表达而在宫颈癌的发生发展中发挥作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of pituitary tumor transforming gene(PTTG) in cervical cancers,meanwhile identify their relationships with basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and c-myc proteins.Methods Expressions of PTTG,bFGF and c-myc were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 60 cases of cervical cancer,30 cases of CIN and 10 cases of normal tissue were choosed as control. Results The positive expression rate of PTTG was significantly higher in cancers(56.67%) than in CIN and normal tissues(χ^2=14.244,P〈0.01).The expression of PTTG was closely related to the clinical-surgical staging(χ^2=10.809,P〈0.01),pathologic grading(χ^2=6.787,P〈0.01)and lymphnode metastasis(P=0.014).Expressions of bFGF and c-myc proteins were positively correlated with that of PTTG(τ=0.287,0.190,P〈0.01).Conclusion Increased PTTG may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development in cervical cancers by promoting the expression of bFGF and c-myc proteins.
