云南部分兰花病毒病的病害调查及病原鉴定

Survey and Pathogens Identification of Viral Disease on Partial Orchids in Yunnan

对云南部分兰花种植区的文心兰、蝴蝶兰、大花惠兰上发生的病毒病进行了调查与病原鉴定。兰花感染病毒后,主要以在叶片形成黑褐色的坏死斑为主。在文心兰不同品种中,T系列的病毒病发病率最高。经电子显微镜、血清学和RT-PCR等方法综合鉴定,确定危害云南兰花的主要病毒为建兰花叶病毒(Cymbidi-um mosaic virus,CyMV)和齿兰环斑病毒(Odontoglossum ringspot virus,ORSV),其中CyMV为优势种,有时出现CyMV和ORSV复合侵染的情况。

Survey and pathogens identification of viral disease on Oncidium, Phalaenopsis, and Cymbidium hybrid were carried out in Yunnan. Black and brown necrotic spots were the common symptoms of the infected orchid. T-series were the most susceptive varieties in different Oncidium. It was confirmed that Cymbidium mosaic virus （CyMV） and Odontoglossum ringspot virus （ORSV） were the main causal agents by the detection methods of electron microscope, serology and RT - PCR, and CyMV was the common species. CyMV and ORSV co-infection could be detected from some diseased orchid plants.
