新扬州鸡蛋品质性状与微卫星标记的相关分析 被引量:1

Correlation between Microsatellite DNA Polymorphism and Egg Quality Characteristics of New Yangzhou Chicken

摘要 研究选择20个微卫星标记,通过对新扬州鸡多态性的检测,计算了各微卫星标记的等位基因数Na,有效等位基因数Ne,多态信息含量PIC,杂合度H,并分析了微卫星标记与40周龄蛋重、蛋壳强度、哈氏单位之间的关系。结果表明:①扬州鸡群体内遗传多样性丰富;②ADL176和MCW260与40周龄哈氏单位呈显著相关;③MCW176与40周龄蛋重呈显著相关。 In this study, 20 microsatellite markers were selected to analyze the polymorphism of new Yangzhou Chicken. The number of allele ( Na ), the number of effective allele ( Ne), polymorphism information content (PIC) and heterozygosity (He) were calculated, based on allele frequencies. The correlation was analyzed between the genotypes and 3 egg quality characteristics, including weight and strength of the eggs laid by 40-week-old chickens and Haugh unit of the 40-week-old chickens. The re- sults showed that: (1) the genetic diversity was abundant in New Yangzhou Chicken and there was a significant correlation between marker ADL176 and marker MCW260 and Haugh unit; (2) there was a significant correlation between marker MCW176 and the egg weight.
