摘要
通过对大田及温室栽培的月季品种进行杂交育种试验,并且用不同浓度(0.1%,0.2%)秋水仙素对蕾期月季进行诱导处理,统计月季的结实情况;并用1mol/LHCl和H2SO4对月季后代种子进行不同时间(15min,30min,45min,60min)的处理,统计月季种子的发芽情况。结果表明:用秋水仙素诱导的月季花蕾结实率较低,正常授粉结实率明显高于秋水仙素诱导并授粉结实率;用1mol/LHCl处理45min的种子发芽率较高,达到28%;而用1mol/LHSO处理30min的种子发芽率也较高,达到了20%。
The experiment of crossbreeding among the cultivars of rose, Rosa chinensis, in the fields and greenhouse was carried out. The fruit set rate of rose inducted by different colchicine concentrations (0. 1%, 0. 2% ) in bud and the germination rate of seeds soaked in 1 mol/L HC1 and H2SO4 with different soaking time ( 15 min, 30 min, 45 min and 60 min) were calculated. The results indicated that the fruit set rates of rose inducted by colchicine was lower than that of control, the germination rate of seeds soaked in 1 mol/L HCl for 45 min was the highest (28%) and that of seeds soaked 1 mol/L H2SO4 for 30 minwas the second (20%).
