摘要
采用热重法(TG)研究了富氧条件下不同煤种的燃烧特性。结果表明,富氧气氛可以改善煤粉燃烧特性,使煤粉着火点、失重峰提前,失重峰值增大,燃烧速率加快。不同煤种表现出各异的燃烧规律。在试验基础上对富氧燃烧技术应用于电站锅炉的可行性进行了分析。
A series of experiments are conducted to research the combustion characteristic of pulverized coal of different kinds through thermo-gravimetry (TG). The results show that combustion characteristic gets improved in oxygen-enriched atmosphere, and ignition temperature and peak temperature of weight lost rate move ahead, at the same time, the peak value of weight lost rate get enlarged, in other words ,combustion rate becomes quicken. Each kind of coal "presents one's combustion law, at experimental conditions. Based on the experiments, the feasibility of oxygen-enhanced combustion technique has been analyzed.
