H型钢支模体系在青山湖隧道结构中的应用

摘要 对隧道钢筋混凝土箱涵结构、外侧墙体采用H型钢桁架支模体系结构的可靠性进行了充分的技术论证,应用结构有限元法[1]对支模体系进行了静力分析计算.计算结果表明,该支模体系的结构承载力和刚度均满足现行国家规范要求.在将该模板体系应用于青山湖下穿隧道箱涵结构的施工过程中,通过对模板体系的侧向变形的实际监测,实测值均小于理论计算值,说明该支模体系应用在该隧道工程的施工中是完全可行的. The paper proves sufiqcienfly and technically structural reliability of the formwork with H-shaped Steel truss applied to the outside walls in the reinforced concrete box culvert. It also makes some static analyses through structural finite element method. Calculation indicates that structural bearing capacity and stiffness of the formwork can meet national stan- dard requirement. In the construction process of the formwork applied to the tunnel with cross-section of box-culvert under Lake Qinshan, The monitoring results of lateral deformation of the formwork are smaller than theoretical calculations, which shows the designing scheme of the formwork applied to construction of the tunnel is feasible completely.
