And then it advocated .some countermeasures of the government＇s leading role in the reform of the state - owned forestry bureau, including enacting policy guidance or program, guiding and promoting the process of the system＇s innovation, making a full use of the preferential policies that national made for state - owned enterprise＇s reform and enacting special support policies for the state -owned forestry enterprise＇s reform and stripping corporate social functions of the enterprises.
