内蒙古中东部扁蓿豆形态特征及物候期的观察与分析研究

Analysis on Morphological Characters and Growth Stage of Medicago ruthenica in the Middle and East Inner Mongolia

通过对内蒙古中东部地区18个扁蓿豆居群6项形态学指标与物候期的分析研究，得出如下结论：（1）源自4个不同地区间的扁蓿豆，株高、叶色、生长习性方面均无显著差异，而叶型、花冠颜色、荚果形状的表现差异显著；（2）依据对形态建成的贡献率来看，可将6项形态学指标划分为3类，即第一类是株高、生长习性、荚果形状，第二类是叶型，第三类是花冠颜色、叶色，其中株高是影响形态建成的主要因子；（3）扁蓿豆4个原产地在积温、降雨量等气候条件及环境条件方面的差异较大，故不同来源的扁蓿豆居群间物候期差异明显。

According to analyze six morphological character and growth stage of 18 population in four areas in the middle and east Inner Mongolia, it can be conclude that： （1）plant height, leaf color and growth habit are no prominence difference in four areas; leaf shape, flower color and pod shape are different in four areas; （2）according to the contribute ration of morphological, it can be divided six morphological characters into three parts, the first part is plant height, growth habit and pod shape; the second part is leaf shape; the third part is flower color and leaf color; plant height is main effect gene; （3） the growth stage of Medicago ruthenica are diffenert in four areas because of different climate and environment, specific reasons to be further studied.
