按照国家电网公司对资金集约化管理的要求,根据宁夏电力公司资金管理现状,为提高资金管理技术手段,进一步加强资金的安全、集中、高效管理,应用"电财通"系统和外部商业银行的网银系统实施联网,拟定了三方资金管理协议,构建了网络化的资金归集平台和账户实时监控平台,实现了网上电子支付。

According to the demand of State Grid Corporation for intensive funds management, by the current situation of funds management in Ningxia Electric Power Company, in order to improve the techniques of funds management, further strengthening the safe, concentrated and efficient funds management, applys the ＂electric financial management system＂ to connect the network bank system of commercial banks, studys out the trilateral agreement of the funds management, constructs the gathering networking platform of funds and the real -time monitoring platform of accounts, realizing the payment on net.
