摘要
目的:研究麻黄汤不同配伍对大鼠额叶皮层中谷氨酸/γ-氨基丁酸(Glu/GABA)比值的影响。方法:采用HPLC法测定氨基酸类神经递质的量。结果:桂枝、杏仁、甘草均显著降低了大鼠额叶皮层中Glu/GABA比值(P=0.021,0.007,0.028),且桂枝与甘草(P=0.014)、杏仁与甘草(P=0.009)呈显著的一级交互作用。结论:麻黄汤不同配伍对大鼠额叶皮层中Glu/GABA比值的影响呈规律性变化。
Objective:To study effects of the different compatibility of MahuangTang(MHT) on the ratio of Glu and GABA in the prefrontal cortex of the rats. Methods: Use HPLC/UV to determine the content of amino acids. Results: Ramulus Cinnamomi , Semen Armeniacae Arnarum and Radix Glycyrrhizae had significantly reduced the relative value of Glu and GABA(P = 0. 021,0. 007,0. 028). The two-way interaction of Radix Glycyrrhizae and another factors had significant effect on the ratio of Glu/GABA( P = 0. 014,0. 009). Conclusion: The different compatibilities of MHT had regular influence on the ratio of Glu/GABA.
