摘要
传统的档案管理方式存在较多问题,为了解决这些问题,人们提出了建立"文件中心"构想。文章对文件中心的电子文件接收管理系统的总体框架、网络系统设计、服务器系统建设及存储管理系统作详细的介绍。
There are many problems in traditional archival management formula. In order to solve these problems, the idea of establishing ＂documentation center＂ is put forward. This paper introduces in detail the general framework, network system designing, construction of server system, and storage management system of the electronic documents receiving management.
