Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Gentiana macrophylla

目的:建立大叶秦艽药材HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,为其质量控制和药材鉴别提供依据。方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Shimadzu C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);洗脱条件:甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱;检测波长:230nm;柱温:25℃;流速:1.0mL/min。结果:确定构成大叶秦艽药材指纹的5个共有峰,所测定的14批秦艽药材具有很高的相似度,劣质秦艽及伪品秦艽相似度较低。结论:大叶秦艽药材的HPLC指纹图谱可用于药材鉴别和质量控制。

Objective ： To establish HPLC fingerprint of Gentiana macrophylla, which was expected to be standards of quality con- trol and identification of the Chinese crude drug. Methods ： The HPLC method was used, chromatography conditions were Shimadzu C18 （ 150 mm ×4. 6 mm,5μm） column with gradient mobile phase of methanol-0.4% Phosphoric acid , UV detection wavelength was at 230 nm and the column temperature was at 25 ℃ with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Results： 5 peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints of Gentiana macrophylla and the fingerprints of the 14 samples had high similarities. The similarities of disqualified and fake medicinal materials were low. Conclusion： This HPLC fingerprint of Gentiana macrophylla can be used as a standard of quality control and identification of the Chinese crude drug.
