摘要
目的:研究中药独活的化学成分。方法:应用大孔吸附树脂、ODS等多种柱层析进行分离和纯化,并应用NMR和MS方法解析了其化学结构。结果:从独活80%乙醇提取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别被鉴定为紫花前胡苷元(nodakenetin,Ⅰ)、伞形花内酯(umbelliferone,Ⅱ)、哥伦比亚苷元(columbianetin,Ⅲ)、二氢山芹醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(β-D-glucosyl-columbianetin,Ⅳ)、哥伦比亚苷(columbianin,Ⅴ)、tert.-O-β-D-glucopy-ranosyl-(R)-byakan-gelicin(Ⅵ)、sec.-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(R)-byakangelicin(Ⅶ)。其中Ⅳ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective : To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Angelica pubescens. Methods: Fresh roots of Angelica pu- bescens were extracted with EtOH ,the chemical constituents in the extract were isolated by column chromatography as macroporous absorption resin, and ODS etc. Their structures were confirmed by spectral analysis ( NMR, MS). Results : Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as nodakenetin( Ⅰ ), umbelliferone ( Ⅱ ), columbianetin ( Ⅲ ), β-D-glucosyl-columbianetin ( Ⅳ ), columbianin( Ⅴ), terr -O-β-D- glucopyranosyl -(R) -by-akangelicin ( Ⅵ ) and sec. -O-β-D- glucopyranosyl-(R) -byakangelicin( Ⅶ). Conclusion : Compound Ⅳ , Ⅵ and Ⅶ are isolated from Angelica pubescens for the first time.
