Study on Chemical Constituents of Delphinium grandiflorum

目的:研究光果翠雀Delphinium grandiflorum根中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶色谱柱层析进行分离纯化,通过理化方法及光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:分离并鉴定了5个二萜生物碱,分别为牛扁碱(lycoctonine,I)、甲基牛扁碱(methyllycaconitine,II)、德尔色明甲(delsemine A,III)、德拉瓦印甲(delavaineA,IV)、delajadine(V)以及2个非生物碱,分别为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,VI)、棕榈酸(plamitic acid,VII)。结论:这些化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective：To study the chemical constituents isolated from the roots of Delphinium grandiflorum L. var. leiocarpum W. T. Wang. Methods：The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and their structures were identified by spectral analysis. Results ： Five known diterpenoid alkaloids lycoctonine （ Ⅰ ）, methyllycaconitine （ Ⅱ ）, delsemine A （ Ⅲ ）, delavaine A （Ⅳ） , delajadine（Ⅴ） and the other two β-sitosterol（ Ⅵ）, plamitic acid（Ⅶ） were isolated from the roots of Delphinium grandiflorum. Conclusion：All these compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
