摘要
目的:研究光果翠雀Delphinium grandiflorum根中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶色谱柱层析进行分离纯化,通过理化方法及光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:分离并鉴定了5个二萜生物碱,分别为牛扁碱(lycoctonine,I)、甲基牛扁碱(methyllycaconitine,II)、德尔色明甲(delsemine A,III)、德拉瓦印甲(delavaineA,IV)、delajadine(V)以及2个非生物碱,分别为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,VI)、棕榈酸(plamitic acid,VII)。结论:这些化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents isolated from the roots of Delphinium grandiflorum L. var. leiocarpum W. T. Wang. Methods:The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and their structures were identified by spectral analysis. Results : Five known diterpenoid alkaloids lycoctonine ( Ⅰ ), methyllycaconitine ( Ⅱ ), delsemine A ( Ⅲ ), delavaine A (Ⅳ) , delajadine(Ⅴ) and the other two β-sitosterol( Ⅵ), plamitic acid(Ⅶ) were isolated from the roots of Delphinium grandiflorum. Conclusion:All these compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
