“阳光体育运动”背景下的高校体育理论课教学改革

University P.E. theoretical course reform under "Sunny Sports Program"

针对目前高校体育理论课教学存在教学时间不足、教学内容选择片面、教学形式单一和手段落后的现状,结合"阳光体育运动"的全面实施,对高校体育理论课教学进行了重新审视和改革,建立了体育理论课内教学与课外体育健康网络课堂教学为延伸和补充的新的教学模式,该模式拓展了体育理论课教学的时间和空间,增强了教学过程的生动性、互动性,丰富了教学内容、教学形式和手段,对调动学生积极参与体育锻炼,持久开展"阳光体育运动",促进大学生身心健康发展具有重要作用。

At present,there are not enough classes for the university P.E. theoretical courses. Moreover, the content and teaching methods are simplified. In North Sichuan Medical College, a reform was carried out with the execution of ＂Sunny Sports Program＂ to apply a new teaching method combining the classroom teaching with the ex-curricular internet health courses. This new method proved to be good for the interaction and the participation of the students in sports as well as for the development of ＂Sunny Sports Program＂.
