摘要 设计了一种用于某机载电子设备上的小型低相噪Ku波段频率综合器,并对其关键技术进行了介绍,分析了主要技术指标。整个频综器在204.8 mm×134.8 mm×78.8 mm内实现,测试结果为输出频率Ku波段,带宽480 MHz,跳频点数49点,相噪优于-96 dBc/Hz/1 kHz,杂波抑制优于-70 dBc,捷变频时间小于50μs。 A miniature low phase noise frequency synthesizer in Ku band used in some airborne electronic equipment was designed in this paper. The key techniques were introduced and main specification was analysed respectively. The volume of the synthesizer was 204.8 min× 134. 8 min× 78.8 mm. The test results showed that phase noise was better than -96 dBc/Hz/1 kHz and the spurious output was below-70 dBc in Ku band. The bandwidth was 480 MHz,frequency hopping numbers was 49 and the time of frequency hopping was less than 50 μs.
